If you enter a name or date of birth in a search box, the information is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider handles the query and returns its own results. This site does not keep a log of those search terms on its own systems.

Public court records follow Michigan Court Rule 8.119; records held by covered executive agencies may be requested under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, subject to exemptions. Those official records stay with the court or agency that keeps them. This private site is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor information is not assembled here into a report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Any information submitted there is handled under the provider's privacy terms, including its own retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before entering information; this site does not control a partner's service.
